Today is Sunday, December 23, 2007.

Dear Addy,

The count down to Christmas day is on!

Your Uncle Chris and Aunt Lauren are here from Dallas and your Mom, Dad & You came over to visit and for dinner. Your Uncle Justin is here also and we are all getting ready for your FIRST Christmas.

We are also expecting Great Great Aunt Joyce Slack, Great Uncle Alan Peterson, Great Uncle Mark Harris and Great Aunt Phyllis Harris are also expected to drop by tonight.

For our Family, Christmas has always been a really BIG deal, LOTS of Gifts and Good Times, Food & Fun..... But, we NEVER forget the REAL meaning of Christmas ... to Celebrate the Birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, GODS Special Gift to ALL mankind, His ONLY Son, so that thru Him we ALL can have eternal Life. (I hope to talk to you more about this and tell you more about how YOU can make the decision to accept Jesus as your Savior and have eternal life...We will talk more about this when you are a little older.)

Today is Thanksgiving day, Thursday  November 22, 2007

Dear Addy,

Your Mom and Dad brought you over this morning to our house for Thanksgiving.

Our Family has so many things to be thankful for. Our God has been so good to us and this day is one everyone should take notice of that, long with the GREAT food and good times with family.

Your Grandma Harris is a FANTASTIC cook and has been prepairing food for this day since Monday morning. We are expecting some guests today and they ALL want to see you. I have some pictures below.

Dear Addy,

I am helping your Dad build a new home in the World Golf Village South of Jacksonville near St. Augustine. We started building it around the first of the year and It should be completed in April, 2008. It is a very nice home, in a very nice community. You will enjoy living here.

Dear Addy,

Today was the first visit to Nanna and Pappy's  home located in Arlington/Woodmere at 4154 Dawnridge Rd. E. Jax. FL. 32277

Your Mom had a Baby Shower to attend for Heather here in Arlington, so your Dad is watching you at our home today. We watched Football, we ate Fried Chicken from our favorite "Beach Road Chicken" and we all had a GREAT time together.

We are expecting your Cousins the Bradley Petersons to stop by this afternoon. They are in town from Charleston, SC. Brad is in the Navy and stationed there. (Bradley and Nocole Peterson, their 2 children - Aiden and Vivian, also your Cousin Dan Peterson)

Dear Addy,

Today Uncle Justin got in from a Hunt in Glennville, Ga. (Your Great Grandma Billye Harris was born there) We all love to go there and Hunt and see friends.

Well, what can I say about your Uncle Justin ??? OK, you will love him soon enough! He is sooooo "Special"! He will the source for Lots of Fun !! He already loves you and can't wait to mess with you.

Dear Addy,

We picked up your Uncle Chris and Aunt Lauren this morning from the Airport. They came just to see you. I have some pictures below.

Your Dad went to Waycross, Ga. with your Grandpa Soltau to pick up his NEW truck. He wants a nice 4 door truck for you to ride in. See picture below.

We are all watching the Florida / Georgia Game together (You are alseep in the Moses Basket on the floor).... not a care in the world.

You have been such a sweet baby, not too fussy, sleeping most of the night and already gained several ounces (Now 8lbs - 3 oz.)

Dear Addy,

Your Mom and Dad's good friend Christie Boone and her little girls came over to bring your Mom and Dad food tonight. Your Mom is beginning to feel better. Your Grandma Harris ("Nanna") is spending the nights at your Mom and Dad's house to help them out as your Mom is still recovering from the C- Section.

You had visitors stop by to see you tonight. Your GREAT Grand Father (My Father We call "Hunny") John W. Harris.

JOURNAL NOTE: Your GREAT Grand Mother Billye Dent Harris (My Mother - We call "Nanny") died December 30th, 2006. She would just be beside herself if she were here ! She LOVED babies and especially little girls !

HOMECOMMING DAY!

Dear Addy,

Today your Mom and Dad brought you home from the hospital to your home on Edgemere Drive (Ramsgate in Mandarin).

We were all excited to have you home and Your Mom and Dad were so glad to be home, especially your Dad as he has been sleeping on a cot in the hospital room so he could help your Mom during the night.

Your Grandma Soltau decorated the door and mantle to welcome you home. Grandma Harris helped your Mom and Dad at the hospital get you safely home.

Today is Wednesday, October 10, 2007

Dear Addy,

Well today will be the Big day !..... YOUR SPECIAL DAY !

Today is your (Mom's) due date. And guess what happened? Today will be your BIRTHDAY !

Your Mom was at the Memorial Hospital this morning for a test and Dr. Sonnie Kim-Ashchi decided to do an Emergency C-Section. So, your Mom was admitted into the hospital at 10:10AM (How about that time/Date) and at 12:10PM you were brought into our world. What a Beautiful little Baby Girl you are! Check out the curly black hair, chubby cheeks and pretty lips ! (Photos below)

A lot of friends and family came by to see you and welcome you. To name a few that I can remember; Heidi, Jason & Gabby, Christie & Page, Uncle Steven Soltau & Michelle, Uncle Mark Harris, Grandma & Grand Pa Soltau, Grand Pa & Grandma Harris, Miss Connie Boone, Uncle Justin. (Note: Uncle Chris Harris & Aunt Lauren are in Dallas Texas and will see you in a few weeks) A LOT more friends came by through out the day and night to see you and visit with you and your Mom and Dad. EVERYONE said what a Beautiful baby you are !
